Non Discrimination Statement

Harmony Hill is committed to providing a safe, stable, and respectful living environment for every individual we serve. We believe that dignity, fairness, and equitable access are essential to the wellbeing of our residents and the communities that support them.

In alignment with these values, Harmony Hill does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, citizenship, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, familial status, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Placement decisions are based on program fit, safety considerations, and the ability to meet community expectations, not on personal characteristics or backgrounds.

While Harmony Hill operates as a private shared-housing program — not a landlord-tenant arrangement — we hold ourselves to practices that promote fairness, inclusion, and respect. We welcome referrals from social workers, case managers, hospitals, community organizations, and families who are seeking a stable and supportive housing option for individuals in need. Our commitment is to ensure each person is treated with dignity, their needs are heard, and their presence in the home contributes to a safe and productive community for all.
